Build a home service business that can run without you in the day-to-day

I help home service owners design their business so it doesn’t rely on them for every call, decision, and fire… using my M3 Framework (Mission / Model / Multiply).

  • Get clear on your 12‑month mission (revenue + your ideal role)
  • Design a simple org model with the right seats and reporting lines
  • Install the systems (lead‑to‑sale, ops, scoreboards) that let the business run without you in every conversation

Or, if you want my help 1:1, learn about the M3 Independence Blueprint ↓

Is Your Business Still Too Dependent On You?

If you’re like a lot of home service owners doing $20k–$100k/month, your business probably looks like this:

  • You still take most of the sales calls yourself (because “no one else will do it right”).
  • You’re involved in fulfillment, scheduling, and solving every day‑to‑day problem.
  • Leads come from multiple places… but no one really owns the pipeline.
  • The business mostly lives in your head and your phone. When you step away, everything slows down or breaks.

You don’t just have a “lead problem.”
You have an owner‑dependence problem.

My work is simple: Help you build a business that can run without you in the day‑to‑day so you can choose whether you want to scale, take more time off, or both.

The M3 Framework: Mission → Model → Multiply

I use a simple 3‑part framework called M3 to make service businesses less owner‑dependent:
Mission (your Goal) → Model (your Structure) → Multiply (your Systems)

Mission: Get Clear On What You're Building

  • Define your 12‑month revenue target
  • Decide what you want your role to look like (hours in ops, sales, management)
  • Set simple, realistic targets for jobs, average ticket, and margins

If the mission is fuzzy, the whole team runs on vibes.

Model: Build The Structure To Support It

  • Design a simple org chart so everyone knows who owns what
  • Create clear roles and scorecards (Owner/GM, inbound sales rep, Ops, Admin)
  • Establish a basic chain of command and meeting rhythm

This is how you stop being the dispatcher, salesperson, and firefighter all at once.

Multiply: Install The Systems That Scale It

  • Build a basic lead‑to‑sale system (where leads go, who calls, how fast, how many follow‑ups, what they say)
  • Map your ops system (job pipeline, daily huddles, job standards)
  • Put simple scoreboards in place so you manage by numbers, not by gut feeling

This is where we plug in an inbound sales rep and simple ops systems so the business can run without you in every conversation.

Free Resources To Make Your Business Less Owner‑Dependent

These are the same tools I use with home service owners and inside Limestone Moving. Start with whichever hurts the most right now.

M3: Mission Planner (12‑Month Owner‑Independence Planner)

  • Get clear on your 12‑month revenue goal
  • Decide what you want your day‑to‑day role to be 12 months from now
  • Do simple math on jobs, average ticket, and margins so the goal is real

M3: Model Toolkit (Home Service Org Chart & Roles)

  • Sample org charts at ~$20k, ~$50k, and ~$100k/month
  • Role scorecards for Owner/GM, inbound sales rep, Ops Lead, Admin
  • Simple chain‑of‑command you can copy and tweak

M3: Multiply Starter Pack (Lead‑To‑Sale & Ops Systems)

  • Lead‑to‑sale flowchart (lead sources → inbound sales rep → booked job)
  • Lead handling rules (response time, follow‑up cadence, script outline)
  • Basic ops system: job stages, daily huddle template, weekly scorecard

These are 100% free. No fluff, no fake scarcity – just the frameworks I wish more service owners had before we ever talk about working together.

How We Took A Moving Company From ~$1M To $2.2M In 12 Months

When I joined Limestone Moving, here's what it looked like:

  • Roughly $1M/year in revenue
  • 2 trucks, 11 people
  • Dispatching from a parking lot
  • No departments, no written processes, everything in the owner’s head

In 12 months, using the M3 Framework, we:

  • Grew revenue from ~$1M → $2.2M
  • Went from 2 → 6 trucks
  • Went from 11 → 34 team members
  • Moved from parking‑lot dispatch to our own yard & office
  • Got the owner out of most day‑to‑day calls and fires

We did it by:

  • Clarifying our Mission (money + owner role)
  • Rebuilding our Model (org chart, roles, chain of command)
  • Installing Multiply systems (lead‑to‑sale, inbound sales rep, ops scoreboards)

You don’t need to copy our numbers.
But you can absolutely copy the process.

Who I Am (And Why I Care About This)

I’m Mason Tenney, General Manager at Limestone Moving.

Before I got into operations, I was “the funnel guy” – I ran a marketing business, spent tens of thousands on courses and events, and did everything the gurus told me to do.

My clients weren’t winning the way I thought they should.

The turning point was realizing:

You can’t scale an idea. Systems will amplify whatever they’re attached to.

Most of the businesses I was trying to help had no real structure underneath: no roles, no org chart, no processes. Just an idea and a payment processor.

So I shifted from “funnel guy” to operator.

I applied the M3 Framework (Mission / Model / Multiply) at Limestone, and we turned a jumbled, owner‑dependent operation into a structured, growing business.

Now:

  • I still run operations at Limestone,
  • And I help other home service owners build businesses that don’t rely on them in the day‑to‑day.

If you’re stuck in every call, every decision, and every fire, I’ve been there.

The M3 Framework and the resources on this site are how I help you get out.

How To Work With Me (In Order)

I keep it simple. There are three levels of depth:

Grab the Mission Planner, Model Toolkit, and Multiply Starter Pack. Use them yourself or with your team.

2. Join the live training (optional next step)

Once you’re inside my world, you’ll get invited to a live training where I walk through how we applied M3 at Limestone and answer questions live.

3. Get your M3 Independence Blueprint (for 1:1 help)

If you want my help applying M3 directly to your business, the next step is getting your M3 Independence Blueprint – a 90‑minute 1:1 working call where we apply the M3 Framework (Mission / Model / Multiply) to your business and build a custom 90‑day Blueprint so it can run without you in the day‑to‑day.

Ready To Build A Business That Can Run Without You In The Day‑To‑Day?

You don’t have to keep being the salesperson, dispatcher, operations manager, and firefighter all rolled into one.

Start by stealing the same frameworks we used at Limestone.

Mission (Goal) → Model (Structure) → Multiply (Systems).
Build the business. Then decide if you want to scale or take more time off.
